How can I book a tour?
You can book our tour directly on our website www.hushhushmadeira.com and book there. Make sure you have filled in all the required fields and submitted the booking form successfully. You will receive an email with all the reservation details.
Can I book more than one tour?
Yes! You can book more than one tour, however some of our tours last for one day, so you will have to choose a new date according to booking availability
What info do I need to provide when I book?
Simply fill in all the required fields on the booking form and make payment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of our website.
How can I pay for my reservation?
You can pay for your reservation whenever you want, using the available payment methods, however, if you wish, you can pay in our store before the activity takes place.
I booked through your website but haven’t received any emails from you.
Sometimes our emails will get sent to the “Spam Folder”, please check there first. If you still can’t find anything, email us and provide the name you booked under, we will resend the all the information to the same or an alternate email address.
Help! I need to cancel my reservation.
Certain conditions have to be met in order to get a full refund and cancellation. Usually, if you request a cancellation up to 24h before the scheduled activity, we can provide a full refund. Ultimately, the decision is up to the service provider, as we cannot provide refunds without their consent, especially if it’s on very short notice.
